Device Matrix Patron is the set, which contains the basic elements for the safeguarding of internal space of the object. The basic content of the set - see picture No 1 can be used for the smaller premises (apartments, houses), or into smaller premises such small cottages, garden houses, garages and so on. /Package contains everything needed for installation, Setup and operation of security set MATRIX.

The above mentioned product is set as the base set with variable extension. Our company supplies a complete range of all common safety components (sensors), which are very easily applicable to the system and can be supplemented according to the needs of the customer see pct. 3. It is possible to assemble fully-fledged security equipment from the basic set for any room, which a customer requires to arm. Including the option to secure outdoor space

Each wireless components reach up to 150 m. In the case when signal strength is not sufficient, it is possible to install signal amplifier, which ensures the complete functionality of the device.

From additional components is possible to choose the special sensors, which serve for general securing. These components (sensors) detect fire threat (smoke and temperature), gas leakage, floods, cut of electricity, acoustic (shattering of glass), sensors eliminating pets and,  last but not least, the sensors for outside spaces.

One of the basic ideas of the bringing the product on the Czech market is the installation by the customer on his own. In the package is, of course, delivered extensive guidance, including a description of all the variants of use of the device.

Basic set Martix can be extended by up to 120 Wireless elements (sensors). The great advantage of the device Matrix Patron is the possibility to split video into two separate lines (night/day mode).

Extensions of the basic set is very simple, and the customer can handle the entire installation again.

For this product is set the phone line by our company, which is in service non stop. Customer can contact us on this line for assistance at the installation and mounting of the device.

Securing of object safety

The device has built-in phone GSM Communicator. If a SIM card of any operatoror is inserted to this communicator, sends the device detected statuses to the phone of the customer. Means of transmission of detected statuses is via SMS or dialing of the telephone number.

You can enter up to 5 mobil phones with which the device can communicate. The user has ensured complete control over the entire device.

The device allows remote transmission of clearly specified alarms. The user is always exactly informed from which detector was  the alarm monitored, what kind of alarm it is (burglary, fire, gas leak ...). Also are transmitted information about the power failure and States the opening/closing the object.

Thanks to advanced technology, the device can be connected to Automatic Receiving center (ARC) that our company provide as a service to our customers. The object is also possible to secure by professional service.

Technical mature of the device allows customers to combine services. If  our klient connect the device to ARC, from this point on may receive information on his/her cell phone.

The guarantees relating to the goods

The guarantee period provided by our company is according to the laws of theCzech Republic. In the case any deficiencies will guarantee repair  carried out byexchange of whole component. By this step we are able to shorten the 30-day period pending guarantees to the minimum.

The entire guarantee process we are able to operatively solve with the customer directly and on the basis of reporting the problem to a permanent service phone line.

If, after the agreement, the customer sends a component with a copy of the receipts of purchase to the address of our company, or to address our representation in the region, a new component will be sent by return to the customer.

Guarantee of after-waranty service

Our company provides for the product also after-waranty service. As well as in the case of standard guarantee by law, is possible to arrange after-waranty service and other requirements of the customers on our nonstop service phone line.
